What is included in a bond clean vs a regular clean?
A bond clean assumes the property is empty and resets it to near move-in condition. A standard package usually covers:
- Kitchen: benches, splashback, cupboards inside and out, sink, rangehood and stovetop degreased
- Bathrooms and laundry: shower screens descaled, tiles and grout scrubbed, toilet, vanity, mirrors and exhaust fans
- Living and bedrooms: dusting, skirting boards, switches, power points, door frames and built-in wardrobes
- Floors: all hard floors mopped and vacuumed
